gemdynamicmarketing.com (herein known as GEMDM) is owned by GEM Dynamic Enterprises LLC. Neither GEM Dynamic Enterprises LLC, GEMDM, or any of its other child companies are the owner of any of the products or services found or described within this website or under company-owned and operated domains.
GEM Dynamic Marketing is merely an affiliate of the described/linked products or services. This means that this site contains affiliate links (purchasing links) to 3rd party products and/or services. Therefore, we may receive commissions (cash payment) when you click our links and make purchases.
However, our status as an affiliate cost you nothing. You will pay the same amount for products and services through our affiliate links as you would pay using other third-party vendor, search, website, etc. links for the product or service when offered at regular full price (excluding third-party links provided by the vendor, other affiliates, etc. that provide the product or service at a special discount, which we as an affiliate have no control over and cannot honor). We as a company vow to treat people fairly by never adding any additional costs to products or services on our end.
Assume that all links found within this website, child or parent websites, in our ads, in our comments, emails, customer interactions, social media platforms, images, or any other published copywriting, etc. are paid affiliate links.
However, our role as an affiliate does not impact our reviews and comparisons. We try our best to keep things fair and balanced in order to help you make the best choice for you. Regardless, as an affiliate we are not responsible (legally, financially, or otherwise) for any claims, promises, errors, or breaches made by the products or services offered within this site/domain, the owners/domains of these products and services, any child companies of these products or services, or any other third-party affiliate of these products and services.
Affiliate Refund & Delivery Policy
GEM Dynamic Marketing is merely an affiliate of all advertised products, services, programs, etc. found within this website/domain, ads, emails, comments, customer interactions, links, etc.
As such, we are not responsible for issuing refunds, discounts, dealing with any issues related to billing, product, service, or bonus delivery, or providing product or service-related customer, technical, etc. support. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these areas, please contact the vendor/owner of the purchased product or service.
Most of our vendor’s products and services are digital-based courses and will be delivered to you electronically upon successful purchase.
On some occasions, emails may be mistakenly placed into your spam/junk/promotions folder, so be sure to check in those places if you do not see any product delivery emails in your inbox.
In you do not receive an email from the vendor containing your product or service, please contact the vendor/product owner directly to determine how you should access your product or service.
Physical products will be delivered via the method and time frame specified by the vendor. If you have any questions regarding the tracking or delivery of physical products, please contact the product/service vendor directly.
If you are having trouble finding the contact information for your purchased item feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the product name, and we will do our best to help you find the appropriate contact information for the product owner from whom you made your purchase.
Affiliate Bonus Policy
In certain instances, GEMDM, itself, will provided added bonuses (in the form of pdfs, e-books, videos, training, etc.) for those who specifically purchase products through our links.
These bonuses are FREE and cost you nothing.
You can only gain access to these bonuses if you purchase the product or service through one of our official affiliate links.
Bonuses provided specifically by our company can be redeemed by emailing a copy of your product or service receipt to email@example.com. It must show, at the very least: your name, email, order/confirmation number, the product name, the purchase date, and the purchase amount. If any of this information is not listed on the vendor issued receipt, please include the missing information within your email.
We will then confirm your purchase and issue your bonus via the email you contacted us through within 2-10 business days, depending on how quickly we are able to confirm your purchasing link with the vendor.
We do not provide bonuses for all products and/or through all links. Bonuses are offered in specific instances, in specific stated formats, and for specific people (i.e. purchasers who use our link to buy the product or service). Bonuses are not a guarantee on any or all products or services.
We will not honor or deliver bonuses to those who purchase products or services through outside third-party links. We reserve the right to contact the product or service vendor and provide them with your name, address, email, order/confirmation number, etc. to confirm your purchase was made through one of our affiliate links BEFORE sending you the bonuses.
DO NOT contact the vendor in order to redeem bonuses provided by GEM Dynamic Marketing. Vendors do not have access to our bonus database, so at most, they will direct you back to us for redemption.
Likewise, bonuses promised by the vendor will need to be redeemed with the vendor themselves, as we do not have access to their bonus database, either.
At times, we may also provide various bonuses for signing up to our email list or for providing your email before clicking on affiliate links. These additional FREE bonuses will be delivered automatically to your inbox. If you do not receive these bonuses, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the bonus name or link you signed up through, if known, and we will personally send the bonuses over.
